Unless otherwise noted, Search4Ink will make best efforts to ship merchandise within 7 to 10 days of the receipt of a properly completed order, but this is only an estimate. Because of this we have a 15 business day waiting period before any product will be resent. You understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, even if the product is not identified as "out of stock" on the Site.
Search4Ink shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Search4Ink may opt to transfer title to any product and risk of loss passes from Search4Ink to you upon shipment from Search4Ink's facility.
One-Year Product Guarantee
We will refund or replace your product for ONE FULL YEAR — Risk-Free, with the following restriction:

In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned ink product must be returned at least 70% full.
As long as your product qualifies, we will refund or replace your product for ONE FULL YEAR.
